Information we collect
We collect account details, profile information, protocols, interventions, engagement activity, and information you choose to submit. The supplement scanner also receives the label photos and context you upload.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, publish content you mark public, personalize your account, process scans, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
Scanner and AI processing
Label photos and scan context are sent to an AI service to extract and organize supplement information. Photos are stored privately for scan review and troubleshooting. New scans are not approved for model training by default. Always verify extracted facts against the product label.
Sharing and public content
Public profiles and public protocols can be viewed and indexed by search engines and AI systems. Private protocols, saved items, account activity, and private scan photos are not intended for public display. We use infrastructure and AI providers to operate the service and do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations for the service. We use access controls and private storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your public content and profile information from your account. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].
Children
My Protocol is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date below will identify the current version.
