**Track A — 100 mg daily. Confidence: weak** for a short-term IL-8 reduction in people on colorectal-cancer chemotherapy (one n = 37 RCT; only IL-8 beat placebo). **Unsupported** as a senolytic, as a cognitive drug, as a general anti-inflammatory in healthy or multimorbid older adults, and as a bioavailable way to reach the micromolar concentrations used in explants and cell screens. The Hambright n = 10 self-report is a signal, not a trial; the trial designed to test 100 mg daily in healthy adults (NCT07195318) has not reported. Unformulated oral fisetin at even 1,000 mg barely appears in plasma.
