Morpheus measures heart-rate signals and combines them with user-entered recovery information to estimate daily readiness and training zones. An algorithmic score is an estimate, not a direct measure of lactate threshold or disease.

The product can structure self-monitoring, but no independent validation was found showing that its proprietary readiness score improves clinical or performance outcomes. Treat the score as one input alongside effort, symptoms and training history.

Sensor error, arrhythmias, poor strap fit, incomplete sleep data and overreliance on a score can misguide training. Symptoms, injury and medical restrictions should override an app target.
