Andrew Huberman's low-dose testosterone replacement therapy (~125 mg/week, started at 45, stated January 2026), together with the peptides he said he had stopped by June 2024 (BPC-157 after a calf injury; sermorelin because it wiped out his REM sleep). He said he is not on growth hormone.
