About this protocol
Peter Attia's prescription lipid therapy as stated in October 2023: Repatha twice monthly and Nexlizet, used to target apoB of 30–40 mg/dL. He separately reported stopping metformin in 2019 and stopping rapamycin 'for now' by October 2025 after mouth sores. No current dose is inferred for either stopped drug.
Andrew Huberman's low-dose testosterone replacement therapy (~125 mg/week, started at 45, stated January 2026), together with the peptides he said he had stopped by June 2024 (BPC-157 after a calf injury; sermorelin because it wiped out his REM sleep). He said he is not on growth hormone.
The prescription medicines Bryan Johnson listed in January 2026, spanning thyroid replacement, glucose and lipid management, blood pressure, hair and skin treatments. This page reports his regimen; it is not prescribing guidance. Conflicting doses on the source page remain explicitly labelled.

Sinclair described an older metformin routine on his January 2022 podcast, then said in July 2026 that stomach sensitivity had led to intermittent pauses and that he was returning to slow-release metformin at 1 g daily. This is a dated account of a prescription used under medical supervision, not advice to use metformin for longevity.
Tim Ferriss's first-person medication list as of September 2025: febuxostat (Uloric) for uric acid, Nexlizet for lipids given family cardiovascular history, and over-the-counter famotidine (Pepcid) for experimental reasons he described. Ferriss explicitly warned listeners not to copy these choices and to involve their doctors.
