Sinclair described an older metformin routine on his January 2022 podcast, then said in July 2026 that stomach sensitivity had led to intermittent pauses and that he was returning to slow-release metformin at 1 g daily. This is a dated account of a prescription used under medical supervision, not advice to use metformin for longevity.
