*Fadogia agrestis* is an unstandardised West African shrub extract whose entire testosterone-and-libido reputation rests on **one laboratory’s rat papers from 2005–2009**, plus a 2022 paroxetine-ED follow-up from the same group. In those rats, 5 days of aqueous stem extract raised serum T about **2× / 3× / 6×** at 18 / 50 / 100 mg/kg and increased copulatory behaviour. **The same doses, given for 28 days, damaged testicular biochemistry, cut sperm indices at 50 and 100 mg/kg, and produced irreversible seminiferous-tubule destruction at those two doses**, with liver- and kidney-membrane leakage and higher MDA at all three doses. That is not “mixed human evidence.” That is **animal benefit and animal harm on the same dose ladder, and no human test of either**.

No adequate human safety trials exist. Rat studies using the same dose range promoted for hormonal effects reported testicular damage, impaired sperm indices, liver and kidney membrane injury and oxidative stress; commercial identity and standardization are also unreliable.
